Point Machine Monitorring System
The Point Machine Condition Monitoring System provides real-time monitoring and display of the operational status of point machines. It observes and measures the condition of power circuits and point lock detectors, interfaces with the Electrical Equipment Technical Support System, and notifies users of various detection statuses. The collected data is analyzed and utilized to support maintenance operations.
Device Description
The Point Machine Function Monitoring System monitors and displays the real-time operating status of point machines, checks and measures the condition of the power circuit and point lock detector, and interfaces with the Electrical Equipment Technical Support System to notify users of various detection statuses. This information is analyzed and utilized to support maintenance activities.
Features
Detects point machine malfunctions in real time to prevent accidents.
Enables easy maintenance by identifying the fault type and location upon failure.
Allows management of individual point machines through integrated monitoring.
Facilitates condition monitoring of point machines via real-time operation status and voltage levels.
Prevents train derailment accidents by detecting poor rail contact through point lock detectors.
Specifications
Compatible with both standard point machines (MJ81 type) and spring-type point machines (NS-AM).
Supports interfacing with up to 24 point machines per rack.
Monitors display voltage/current, input voltage, and control (AS) output voltage.
Detects both AC and DC voltage/current.
Interfaces with various field environments including single and dual operation types.

Electronic LevelCross
Device Description
At railroad level crossings where railways and roads intersect, this system integrates the control of essential safety devices such as barriers, warning signals, and operational status information. It interfaces with station interface equipment to transmit crossing operation and fault status, providing operators with real-time alerts and various status updates for effective and safe management.
Features
The level crossing controller operates on a fail-safe principle, ensuring safety in the event of a fault or absence of warning signals.
Depending on installation site conditions, users can configure the controller for different crossing types (single/double track, one-way/two-way, track circuit/manual control, etc.).
The controller is built with dual-redundant components for control, monitoring, and communication, and includes a self-diagnostic function.
It features an internal GPS module for standard time synchronization.
All status data stored by the controller’s maintenance module can be backed up to external storage and verified using a replay program. Fault data from the warning system can be searched and analyzed by month, day, or hour.
Maintenance can be performed remotely via the station's signal remote monitoring system, which provides real-time updates on the operating status of crossing safety equipment, fault logs, and battery BMS data.
Protection devices are available to guard against lightning strikes and abnormal voltages.
Each barrier’s operation is verified individually through alarm control.
The system can detect and manage failures such as no warning activation or continuous alarm conditions.
Specifications
Controls up to 4 electric barriers
Controls 2 warning devices
Supports voice control for 2 units
Controls 4 alarm units
Fully redundant system (power supply, control unit, alarm control unit, etc.)
Dual-redundant network configuration
