Fail-Safe Controller 202 Board

The FSC 202 board is a computer-based safety-critical controller with SIL-4 certification applicable across industrial systems.

  • Platform hardware certified to IEC 61508 SIL3, EN 50126/50128/50129 SIL4 and CE(Conformité Européenne)
  • Incorporates a Safety MCU and Safety RTOS
  • Implements a 2-out-of-2 channel architecture
  • Supports system redundancy configurations

Configuration

  • Configurable via software as either an Interlocking Logic Sub-system (ILS) or an Input/Output Sub-system (IOS)
  • Expandable system architecture utilizing EtherCAT for ILS-IOS configuration
