INTERGRATED RAILWAY TRAINING EQUIPMENT
The railway signaling system training setup is composed of essential devices used in actual field operations to ensure stable performance and an effective training environment.
The Integrated Railway Training Equipment includes electronic interlocking devices, point machines, AF track circuit devices, automatic block control devices (ABS), and level crossing equipment.
A physical track layout is installed to simulate real-world operations, where point machines, turnouts, and signals are interlocked based on signaling logic.
The training system is equipped with electronic interlocking devices and interface units required for railway signaling education, maximizing training effectiveness by allowing hands-on experience with each device’s function and operation.
Real track layouts are installed in the training facility, enabling point machines, switches, and signals to operate in sync with the interlocking system, significantly enhancing visual and practical understanding.
The platform screen door system is implemented identically to actual station environments, improving realism and immersion for trainees during simulation-based training.
Electronic Interlocking System
Controls route setting, track switching, train number shifting, and peripheral device interfacing
Ensures operational safety by processing commands only when results from inter-channel and inter-system logic match
Simulates a virtual station using real interlocking components such as logic processors, display controllers, optical communication units, maintenance modules, distribution racks, fuse panels and relay racks
Point Machine
Transfer Device
Simulates train movement and integrates with platform screen doors (PSDs)
Provides automatic PSD opening when the transfer device enters the platform zone, simulating real train-approach conditions
Automatic Block System (ABS)
Automatically controls signals as a train moves over block track circuits between stations
Enables realistic training by allowing instructors to apply block signals manually and visualize signal aspects through 5-aspect signal units
Platform Screen Door System
Replicates real station PSD systems
Enhances safety training and helps trainees understand operational management and maintenance of PSDs
AF Track Circuit System
A non-insulated track circuit system capable of detecting train presence via rail currents
Operates in conjunction with virtual simulation tools to provide real-time feedback on system status and detection accuracy
