Point Machine Monitoring System
Points-monitoring equipment is a device that monitors and displays the real-time operation status of points, monitors/measures the status of power circuits and adherence detectors and interfaces with the electrical equipment technology support system to inform users of various detection statuses, analyzes them and utilizes them for maintenance.
Real-time monitoring detects turnout operation errors to prevent accidents
Enables fault identification by type and location for easier maintenance
Centralized monitoring enables individual management of each turnout
Monitors voltage and operating status in real time for better condition awareness
Detects poor rail contact through point lock detectors preventing derailment risks
Configuration
Supports MJ81 (Standard Turnout) and NS-AM (Movable Nose Turnout) interfaces
Interfaces with up to 24 turnouts per rack
Monitoring includes:
Display Voltage / Current
Input Voltage
Control (AS) Output Voltage
AC & DC Voltage / Current detection
Compatible with single-point and dual-point configurations depending on field environment
