TRACK-MOUNTED SIGNAL

Unlike traditional vertical(pillar-type) signals, this LED-based signal is installed on the railway track bed, allowing the train operator to easily check the signal without shifting their line of sight.

Feature

  • Installed horizontally with the track, it can be identified directly in the train’s line of travel without requiring a shift in the operator’s view
  • Utilizes LED light sources offering excellent visibility and energy efficiency
  • Signal display area is three times larger than that of traditional signals making it easier for operators to identify
  • Lower installation costs compared to vertical signal lights
  • Constructed with special metal materials to ensure durability against mechanical and electrical impacts as well as external environmental factors such as train vibration and humidity

Function

  • It consists of a two-aspect shunting signal(yellow, red) in depots and a three-aspect main signal(green, yellow, red) in main track.
  • It is composed of an enclosure(protective case, rear cover, Sade light, lens section) and an LED unit(LED module and control module).
