Railway Traffic Control Center Interior Construction (CTC System Installation)
- Overview: A full-scale interior construction project for the Railway Traffic Control Center in Guro, Seoul including control rooms, conference areas, and auxiliary spaces.
- Area: approx. 5,000㎡
- Client: Korea National Railway (KNR)
- Year: 2004–2005
- Outcome: Established one of the world's largest integrated control centers, now serving as a model for future control room designs.
Railway Backup Control Center Interior Construction (CTC System Installation)
- Overview: Interior construction for the Backup Traffic Control Center within the Joint Railway Operations Office near Daejeon Station including control rooms and support facilities.
- Area: approx. 900㎡
- Client: Korea National Railway (KNR)
- Year: 2008–2009
- Outcome: Executed full-scope interior construction including ceiling, flooring, partitions, HVAC, lighting and electrical systems setting a new paradigm for control room integration.
Interior Construction for Power Distribution Control Centers
- Overview: Built distribution control centers for KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation) in multiple regional branches including Guri, Jeonnam, Cheonan, Uijeongbu, Chungcheong and Chungju.
- Client: KEPCO KDN
- Years: 2007–2008
- Outcome: Demonstrated DAEATI’s capacity to deliver integrated control room solutions not only for railway signaling but also for other industries.
